I have known Welson for 12 years. We first worked together when Welson was an interpreter in Haiti at a mission, At the mission I observed that Welson was required to interpret in a very wide variety of situations ranging from medical procedures to classroom teaching to church sermons to security to funeral preparations to negotiations and much more. Even as a young man, he handled all these different situations with skill, accuracy, steadiness, compassion and insight. I know him to be a person of solid integrity and I can trust him with any matters requiring confidentiality.
