They were friendly throughout and very attentive before the job was offered and the contract signed. After that, partially because of overbooking and under staffing, there were multiple missed and/or late starts. We could not rely on them to arrive, let alone arrive on time. We lost complete confidence in their ability to perform so decided to void the contract. Selvint was completely understanding and apologetic. More direct communication with the owners and an expanded staff that can handle the jobs will improve their relationship with owners in the future.
