I've always been passionate about finding my true calling (career). And honestly, it's been an amazing journey! I have a degree in Business with a focus on management and leadership. I applied that to create a successful career of 25 years with increased levels of leadership culminating in successfully managing a staff of over 110 amazing employees.
Throughout, I found the most enjoyment in the coaching and mentoring of the incredible people that worked for me. Of helping them become something they never believed possible. However, I began to experience the very common phenomenon of the mid-career crisis that happens to so many of us in the early 30's to late 40's. I felt plateaued, stuck, and I didn't want my bosses job. So instead of buying the sports car I quit my career and jumped into the unknown. And with this leap, I took with me the belief that I SHOULD go get that high paying job so that I can work hard, make money, retire, and THEN BE HAPPY. To put it mildly, I learned a lot from that experience and now have quit having a job and started having a calling. Where I wake up excited for the day. Where I help my clients avoid the mistakes I made and so many others make.
