The job that Debbie Direnzo did for me was very unique, to say the least. The event was a three day Buddhist funeral ceremony. Given the somber circumstances, Debbie blended seamlessly with the situation. She was very professional with all her interactions, timely, and on budget. There were several unpredictable requests that came up over the three days, and Debbie's response was always, "I can do that." Besides cooking, she even ran some other errands at a moments notice. I was orchestrating the food to this event from out of state, so I had to trust that Debbie, whom I have never met other than on Thumbtack, would be able to be a proactive liaison in providing full service to the people at the event. She really went above and beyond to allow the attendants to focus on the ceremony and not have to worry about any aspect of the food service. If my experience with Debbie isn't stellar enough, I have been contacted by some of the people in attendance at the ceremony wanting to know "who was that person who served the food? We want her back. She was amazing!"
Besides her easy going personality, the feedback I received from the people who ate Debbie's meals was that they were delicious and fresh. Debbie texted me pictures of the dishes she prepared and they looked really good. There were special requests for gluten free, some vegan and some meat, and all organic. She accommodated all requests, and everyone was satisfied. My only regret is that since this was such a unique, once-only event, and that I don't live in the area, I won't have the pleasure of hiring Debbie again. But my friends who met Debbie at the event are eager to have the luxury of using her services in the future.
Thanks to Debbie, for doing such an all around terrific job. Everyone was very pleased with the outcome.

A delirious delectable deluge of delightful dimensions. Debbie does (home) dining like no one else! She is aware of a wide-range of palettes, cooking styles and menus. She listens carefully for your preferences. Her delivery not only means an exceptional meal is at hand, but likely lively conversation and some chuckles will be your primo piatto!
