Introduction: Francesca Bini is a Certified Nature-Connected Life-Coach as well as a Registered Psychotherapist in the State of Colorado. She specializes in working with adults who feel “stuck”, burned-out, and disconnected from their sense of purpose to help them ignite personal and social change. Her approaches are always client-centered and she has years of experience in the therapeutic applications of Eco-therapy, Body-centered practices, Parts Work (IFS), and well-established life-coaching and counseling methods (MI, CBT, DBT). Her goal is to support her clients in making effective, nourishing, and long-lasting changes toward actualizing the unique gifts they are meant to share with the world. What sets her services apart is her ability to seamlessly integrate mindfulness-based creative practices with her solid background in psychological science and evidence-based approaches. Francesca believes that when one experiences feeling stuck, self-defeating, and directionless there is always a good reason—namely a part of us which is trying to get some other important needs met. Her passion is to work together with her clients to identify those competing commitments and to tap into a deeper space of inner wisdom and clarity. When we release the burdens we have been carrying, claim our truth, and receive support along the delicate process of changing, we can truly make a difference in our lives, in our relationships, and in the world.
