- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?200 hr RYT ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Adiaya Yoga Sanctuaries, St. Petersburg, FL in March 2016 to August 2016. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hatha, Vinyasa, chair, prenatal, and kids yoga.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was going weekly studio classes and came across a yoga teacher training that was perfect for me. Since then I have taught yoga in gyms, studios, and a few privates. I enjoy private clientele because I travel so often and can work with them on both of our own time frames. Lastly, private sessions feel like a more fluid way of connecting with those who are interested in practicing yoga on their own time.
