Excellent lessons in music theory and practice!Nov 15, 2016Verified
I have been studying with Martan for over fifteen years. I have learned so much from him. I would never consider studying with anyone else. Plus he is an excellent jazz pianist. Bev LarsenSep 26, 2016
Martan is a fabulous teacher! He focuses on jazz and blues piano, but is happy to help students with any piano topic. Highly recommended!Sep 25, 2016
Martan has been doing a wonderful job teaching my teenage son jazz piano for the past few years. Martan has a proven approach starting at the basics and advancing to very sophisticated techniques at a pace the student can handle. The techniques my son is learning are also directly applicable to playing jazz on other instruments such as the saxophone that my son also plays in his school band.Sep 23, 2016
