Brianna with When You Smile Photography attended my unassisted homebirth for her very first birth photography session and she did wonderful! I texted her early in the morning when my water broke to give her a heads up and she stayed in contact with me all day until I let her know that it was probably time she head over. She ended up being here for hours and hours until well after 4 am, but she remained professional and almost like a shadow the whole time, which is exactly how a birth photographer should be. I think she did a wonderful job for her first time watching a baby be born, I’m sure that can be extremely distracting! But I have some photos of my son’s birth that we will cherish forever!

Brianna is ALWAYS so prepared with props, clothes, lighting, and creative ideas. She makes you feel so comfortable and is always encouraging her models to do whatever they feel like they want to. She takes outstanding pictures from all angles and never fails to put a smile on the models face. There is not one bad thing that I could say about When You Smile Photography.
