- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $40 fee for local consultations/meet & greets. If you book services with us, we will deduct the $40 fee from your first booked service. Our pricing depends on location and number of pets. There is a one time fee of $25 to process all paperwork for new clients. We do charge extra for certain services such as yard waste pick-up, special meals cooked, medication given and last minute bookings. There is a $50 fee for all major Holidays. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would do a consultation either in person or over the phone. We have you fill out paperwork pertaining to your info, your pet/s info, a vet release form and our contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years experience as a breeder of Pugs. I have worked with many rescues in the local area volunteering my time to assist in establishing no kill policies in Maryland as well as facilitating furever homes for many abandoned and neglected dogs & cats. I have been a vet's assistant as well as a foster mom to many animals in local shelter groups.
