Introduction: As a physical therapist, it is my goal to work with clients to help them stay active and maintain fitness levels while working around injuries. I will help you get to the true underlying causes of your injuries and ailments and address these issues to help you come back better and stronger than before. I blend the world of physical therapy with the fitness world, drawing from my background as both a personal trainer and CrossFit Level 1 coach to help create effective plans of care that will help you reach your goals. He has taken my injury into account and worked with me to get me back to health. He's creative with the workouts. He pushes me, keeps steadily moving me forward, without injury, and without causing my injury to flare up. Very knowledgeable. Interested in my workouts. It's individualized for me. He's always on time. I recommend Steve all the time as does my husband, who is very impressed with my progress. Steve is the best.

I assess a new client's ability level and find out their goals. From there I help them build a physical foundation to make sure that it is safe and possible for those goals to be reached.
