- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I charge $300 per month (think long-term/website/SEM). If the project only takes one month, then the charge is only $300. If the project is something simple (like a logo or resume) then prices will be negotiated hourly per project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Even if most work can be done remotely, I like to meet face to face initially so that I have a better understanding of their business and the needs not only for the project, but the goals for business growth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate degree in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication Technology.
