FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lesson pricing is as follows: 30 minutes: $20 45 minutes: $30 60 minutes: $40
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For lessons, we will set up an in-person consultation so the student and I can meet and get a feel for the student's current ability level, and what they are looking for in lessons. From there, we can set up a weekly lesson plan that works for each students. For performances, consultations can be done over the phone, through text, or email. Short consultations are necessary so I make sure that I have the right idea of what type of music the customer is looking for. After communication, no other meeting is required besides the day of the performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of training in classical piano and music theory, as well as 8 years of training in piano accompanying every type of instrument, ensemble, or voice. As a professional performer, I have provided music for weddings and other events, given solo recitals, and accompanied throughout the midwestern region of the United States. As well as my on-the-job experience, I am a member of the Oklahoma Music Teacher's Association and the Music Teacher's National Association.
