- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Special discounts available for families. Applicable if more than one family member is taking lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the first lesson we talk experience, goals, and interests. I normally ask a series of questions to get to know the new student. From the beginning we are making music and getting to know each other's strengths and weaknesses to improve together.
