I have been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and I am happy to say that Movementality has become my "yoga home."
What I value the most is that the studio is a safe and welcoming space to practice and explore, to unwind and relax, or to build up strength and reenergize. Being a member of the yoga community at Movementality has helped me deepen my own practice and discover new possibilities in my body&mind.
