She's highly professional, and knows what she's doing. I had one of those dull pains in my shoulder/neck. You know the kind you get when you sleep funny. She was able to work it out of me without pain. I could barely turn my head when I went to see her, and when I left I was back to normal. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is simple: office visits $75/hr or $100/90 mins. 2 hours available as well. House calls at least $25 more depending on distance. By appointment only
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I ask about health background. I ask about current aches, pains, problem areas & I ask about what, exactly, they hope to get out of the session. (This takes 10-15 mins with a new client and does not cut into their session time.) I then begin on achieving the desired goals set forth.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?People would come for services & I wanted to help. Much research, experience & fine tuning allowed me to get better. Customer satisfaction let me know I was on the right track.
