Introduction: I feel the reason why I could stand out next to someone else, is that I have played two professional sports and I am well qualified in personal training but I also teach MMA fitness and qualified in corrective exercises , I also have an extreme passion for health and fitness and obviously love sport. I want to see my students get the shape they want to be in shape, whether it is losing weight or gaining weight. I am also a certified Chun Sil Lim Tao self defense specialist.
I truly love all aspects, whether it is teaching class, going old school lifting, spinning, gold, MMA - if I can help make someone else happy I am happy .
