- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Negotiable depending on their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Engage conversation on what they want, their do's and don't's, share them my ideas, come to a mutual understanding and agreement on the project and planning. Depending on the size/ambition of it, will meet in person or phone/Zoom call. On the day of job: arrive to the location, perform all requirements on timed schedule, and return home to make the finishing touches. Finally - delivery. If customer is satisfied - missioned accomplished. If not, will offer a single redo at no additional charge. But if it's ultimately revealed that we weren't a match after all, a full refund will be granted.
