- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I'm fair and quick with most repairs. 30 day warranty with all repairs. Not all repairs are the same. Basic windows install 124.99, comes with fresh copy and key of windows. Microsoft office (not 360) install with key 74.99. Infection removal and windows repair 89.99. Website not opening? proxy server removal along with root kit removal 79.99. Printer set up 39.99. Back Up and general maintenance 49.99.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?after the customer hires me through thumbtack a series of messages and phone calls happens to set up a time and date to handle the project. After the work is complete an invoice is sent for services rendered. Request for review follows after services completed with no challenges or follow ups.
