- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic BBQ Buffet- $15/person Pick -pulled pork, pulled chicken, turkey breast- -add $1/plate for beef brisket- -add $2/plate baby back ribs- additional proteins available at reasonable rates! Pick 2 -mashed potatoes and gravy, scalloped potatoes, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, mac and cheese, collards (when seasonally available)- OR -add $1/plate for complete baked potato bar Sandwich buns or biscuits A selection of Homemade BBQ sauces Mixed green salad Everything produced by Gallatin Grillers is home made and fresh baked with love and a touch of down home spirit only an experienced hand can provide. We smoke exclusively with mesquite and white oak log splits; no charcoal, no pellets, no chunks, no joke. All of our rubs, sauces, marinades and other recipes are proprietary to Gallatin Grillers and tested over years of tweaking and tinkering. You won't find any MSG or nitrides here, just the best quality ingredients and smoke!

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family starting our catering company in 1995 when I was 8 years old. We got our start primarily by catering brandings for local ranchers in the Eastern part of Montana. Rather than wrestling steers I spent a good deal of time in my youth wrestling 20qt roasters full of beef and potatoes. One could say I was born to off-site catering!
