Carl was very personable and professional. He changed my old ceiling fan for a chandelier and it looks great. It took a little longer than planned because the stock bracket from the lighting fixture did not fit well with my 100 year old ceiling. Carl went to the hardware store to get appropriate screws to make sure the job was done right. I would highly recommend him.
