FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get a good idea of the clients experience with yoga, their expectations and goals for practicing yoga. I want to understand the level of stress a client has and any relevant health issues that could impact on their practice. The first session is also a time to assess the client's body alignment, strength, balance, flexibility and range of motion. All of this information is relevant to the practice I guide them through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started with an interest in meditation in the 90s. I began doing yoga as a physical practice in 2002 to relieve sciatica pain in both of my legs, which worked. As I began to benefit from the practice I also wanted to study and eventually teach beginning in later 2004. I love working with people, helping people feel better, seeing them learn something knew, seeing their lives improve.
