- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a set pricing system because every job is different. Blind quoting isn't a good practice. Example: Blind quoted a new lawn mowing account on a street where we already mowed several customers. The new lawn had triple the amount of plants to be trimmed as the others, therefore it took over twice as long to complete and made no money!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure exactly what the customer wants and expects , and making sure that they are happy and satisfied with the work we have done. A happy customer becomes a permanent customer!
