- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with a new client usually starts with the initial contact. Once contact has been made by the new customer we reach out and we get all the information possible we ask , what is their vision ? what are they looking for in the landscaping ? what kind of plants are they interested in ? their favorite color ? we make sure we put the customer first. Once we have that down we put our knowledge to work we strive to meet and exceed every expectation from our customer .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are green industries best management practices trained and certified, we also have many years of experience in every aspect of the Landscape industry . We know the area , We know what works !!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many different people , we have worked with high end accounts , new construction projects located on our beautiful islands . We provide service through out central Florida
