- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on a number of factors ie( square footage, age of the property, number of stories, the distance of travel just to name a few). We always offer free estimates that can be given to you over the phone most of the time. We also offer a HERO discount for any Veterans, First Responders, and Health Care Workers. CALL OR TEXT NOW!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is contacting the client by phone after being hired and asking a few questions about the property. The client will then be sent a pre-inspection agreement for an electronic signature. If the client chooses to pay by card they will be sent an invoice by email. The inspection must be paid in full prior to releasing the completed inspection report.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every inspector from Pro Veteran Home Inspections is a licensed state of Florida Home Inspector, Certified Professional Inspector, and has completed hundreds of hours of education related to home inspections. Also each of our inspectors has an extensive background and knowledge of new construction homes/renovations.
