- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flexible and negotiable. It can be hourly or per room, whichever is more reasonable for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process usually starts either in an email or a text. I like to set up phone time with a potential new customer. I feel it's more personable. I want my new customer to be able to get a sense of my sincerity in working for them. Then engage in answering all questions asked of me and coming up with a price that works for both parties.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first worked with a company and my daughter another. Then my daughter and I decided to start our own cleaning service. We work great together and really enjoy it.
