I'm new to the area and My Floor Connection was a great find on Thumbtack. Darian did a great job of stretching and fitting existing wall to wall carpeting in the master bedroom of a home my family recently purchased. Communication with the company was simple from making the initial appointment to showing up and completing the job in a timely and professional manner. I would not hesitate to call them again if I have other flooring projects.

Joe was a pleasure to work with. He was very flexible with my difficult schedule, and more importantly, which the time crunch we were in for the install. He brought me samples of exactly what I was looking for, as well as a step lower and higher in quality/grade, but was never pushy or trying to upsell me. Rather, he gave me good honest advice, and did an excellent job on the install for a very reasonable advice. Best of all, he's a local businessman (vs big box store), and you can definitely tell in the personal attention he provides to his clients. I know who I'll be going back to for my carpet needs in the future :)

Joe got right back to me when I put in a request for an estimate, he also stayed in communication with me as I was waiting to sign papers on the purchase of my home. His prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes I got. He was nice enough to let me know my carpet came in sooner than expected and he came out on a Saturday to install it instead of waiting until Monday, that meant a lot to me! Joe and his team are great people and did a wonderful job. Joe seems to be a good family man and I appreciate that in a person.

Darian Newberry replaced carpet with laminate wood in a couple of bedrooms, replaced upgraded carpet in another bedroom, and installed vinyl plank with a wood finish in my garage. He did an outstanding job and was very responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend his work and company to others. Cost wise, they were competitive with other local firms.

We had 3 bedrooms, a large hall, and a flight of stairs recarpeted, plus new floors laid in 2 bathrooms. Joe was super to work with, made great suggestions, gave us the best price, and put us on the calendar quickly. The team that showed up, led by Carlos, was made up of super nice, hard-working guys that did a great job on the installation.
