- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service/diagnostic fee is $109 This covers our trip out and a diagnosis of the problem. This fee is waived if the customer chooses to have Dynamic Heating & Cooling perform the repair(s) Our repairs are based on flat rate prices. There are no surprises after the work is done and no hourly rates. We also offer a maintenance plan. We call it the “Dynamic Service Plan” or “DSP” for short. This maintenance package is $240/year per system. It involves 2 seasonal check-ups (1 heating 1 cooling), 15% off all repairs, priority service and NO overtime fees.

Dynamic Heating and Cooling has had the pleasure of working with a plethora of different customers. We work with home owners, business owners, commercial real estate, and even the US Government. Dynamic Heating and Cooling prides itself on its customer service and ability to tackle any issue at hand.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There isn’t any shortage of “HVAC guys” out there who will come “fix” your system. Here at Dynamic Heating and Cooling we make it our mission to develop a long term relationship with the customer. All of the work we perform is guaranteed! Also do your research. Make sure the “company” coming to your home or business is Licensed and insured. We are by no means the cheapest company out there, but there is a reason, we don’t cut corners and we always do the work right!
