- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very good because I work off of referrals and make sure everyone is taken care of and in return the client will refer family and friends
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure they understand than it s a process and it takes time to make sure they get what they are looking for. But most of all make sure you are upfront about everything unlike other agents who will bait and switch everything at the end.

I have over 14 yrs of experience and countless hours of Real Estate class and awards from my pass companies
