Ping did personal training for me last year for ~20 sessions. I really liked the process and the end result. She is very knowledgeable in the area and worked with me step-by-step to finally give me a workout schedule tailored to my needs. I had a slouch from before, and Ping showed me specific exercises to counter it. My posture has definitely improved. The exercises Ping taught me are very comprehensive and cover all areas like weights for arms/legs, core exercises, balance and stretching. Ping is also great with kids. My pre-teen is taking personal training lessons with Ping and loves it. She likes to show off her muscles and does the "homework" (practice of Ping's exercises) all by herself.

分享學員的評語 我是20幾年前年前和Shela認識,但有一斷時間失去聯絡。有一天在FB上看到朋友Posted Shela 教練的照片,看到她的照片我很訝異,她的身材怎麼那麼好,因為我自己一直以來很想要讓自己體力更好更健康,我太胖走路會喘,體力很差,身體一堆的毛病。記得有一次跟朋友去爬大霸尖山,結果第二天早上當我走到加利山的時候,高山響導告訴我,你走到這裡就好了,不要再往前走了,可見他看得出來我的體力不好,我也一直在思考這個問題,我看著大部分的人都可以去登頂,都可以走到他們想要去的地方,而我卻沒有辦法,當時我非常的失望,我告訴自己,無論如何我一定要再上來次。我一定要登頂,但是我知道我最大的問題就是體力不好. 剛好我有機會遇到Shela健身教練於是我signed up class. 自從我跟Shela教練一起練的健身之後,我感覺她是一個非常專業、認真、盡責的教練,她給我的比我想像的還要多,我感覺自己賺很大,怎麼會這麼好的教練,非常的用心,有耐心. 在這個過程當中大約在兩個多月之後,我遇到了一個非常大的瓶頸,事實上練健身是很辛苦又孤單的一件事情,我曾一度想要放棄,早上醒來自己內心有一個非常的強烈的聲音,告訴自己我再也不要練了,經過Shela教練的指導我終於突破了自己的瓶頸。經過五個月飲食改善加勤練運動,現在體力變好了,體脂肪從35% 紅色區到23%的綠色區域,瘦了8公斤,但朋友們都說我至少有瘦10公斤以上,是因為我練無氧運動讓我肌肉線條結實,我整個人感覺很輕盈又健康。 我的朋友最近看到我,每一個人都非常的驚訝,你怎麼身材變好了?變年輕了!你是怎麼辦到的?她們都非常的羨慕我。 我非常的感謝Shela教練,我的目標是要下個月讓體脂肪到20%,我的人魚線已有出現,未來是六塊腹肌。雖然她對我很嚴格但我覺得如果沒有這樣子我沒辦法進步,所以還是感謝Shela健身教練,我強烈的推薦她!

I love working with Shela! She is the best trainer, she helps me focus on my weigh goal and getting to my goal the healthy and safe way and I'm so happy with my results! I have went through many diet programs before but require to take perscripted phentermine pills. Its not natural and has dangerous side effects to your but I didnt care then and at the end of the program i just gain it back because they didnt teach me how to stay off and to exercise. Shela taught me nutrition that I never knew and we exercise 3 days a week. I always text her if I have questions and she responds fast. I get fast results! I am so impressed! I will recommend her for people that needs help! Thanks Shela!

I have been receiving personal training from Ping for a year and recently started seeing her massage too. She is very thoughtful and creates an appropriate plan for each lesson. Her well-rounded approach to training involves diet, exercise, and motivational texts. My body feels stronger and healthier. I highly recommend Ping! She is a great role model and has great communication skills too.
