- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?OPTION 1. A flat hourly project rate ($100) for any and all services we provide OPTION 2. A monthly retainer (significantly lower hourly rate) which allows us to function as an entire in-house marketing team year-round, and for less than the cost of a single hire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We typically work either by-the-hour (coaching or project rates), or under a retainer (our entire team for less than it would cost you to hire one creative). Most work with us under retainer, and our process looks something like this: 1. Clarity a. Using available data, get to know the audience and competitive marketplace - ultimately leading to a defined "Buyer Persona" b. Through a detailed discovery process, come to truly get the client's brand, history, and unique message and help to clarify and translate those essentials c. With a focus on the intersection between those areas, help to bring renewed focus and energy to the message and identity of the company, with an eye on turning leads into customers. 2. Creative: We become your own in-house creative and content department with critically acclaimed and expertly executed copywriting, bloggers, video, graphic design, and ad work–affordable and under one roof. 3. Content: We’ve built the team, tools and systems needed to quickly and easily turn your best and brightest ideas into content that’s as unique as you so you can build deeper connections with customers. 4. Campaign: With multiple chart-topping books, albums and movies under our belts, we’ve got the experience to develop and execute a strategic campaign from start to finish, year-round and the tools for your business to increase leads and close sales.
