Carl is a wonderful trainer . I have had numerous back surgeries and experience pain with some exercises. Carl is knowledgeable, kind and caring person.A great experience all around. Last but not least a reasonable rate as well.

Carl Replied immediately to my request for a trainer on Thumbtack. Within minutes we were communicating about his background and experience. He asked me what I was looking to get out of one on one training. 10 minutes later, an appointment was scheduled for several days later and we have been training together ever since.
