- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing depends on what needs to be done, therefore sometimes we request for more information to provide you with an initial estimate. Kitchen countertops prices includes materials, templates, fabrication (basic profile edge is included) and installation. And both granites and Quartz starts at $55 per square foot and prices depending on the type of surface, brand and colors but you also should consider other fees such as premium profile edges, removal and disposal of existing tops and an under mount sink cutouts, drop-in sinks, cooking tops, farmer apron sinks, corner and big radius don't incur in extra fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we request the client to visit us so we can show them the difference between products and some other details. Also we ask them to bring us a project layout, descriptions or drawings with measurements of what they need to be done and we'll be able to give them an estimate. Otherwise they can email it and we'll touch base with them to confirm all the information and give them a rough idea on cost. Once approved and all the details are confirmed we'll set up an appointment to template. We'll get going on the fabrication and we'll install within 2 weeks after you place the order
