I enjoy helping overweight clients with weight management and weight loss. I have a martial arts background and show self defense techniques as well. I have a certification in Kettlebell also and can help with strength training to go along with weight loss goals.

Jordan is excellent about positive reinforcement. Will really work with whatever your pace is, but will get you to where your goal is.

Jordan is a exceptional trainer he trained me in kettle bell and strength training as well as trained under and together in jujitsu and self defense. Anyone who needs help with fitness could benefit from his knowledge.

Jordan went to the gym with me and showed me how to use all the weight machines for upper and lower body. He also showed me some yoga stretches. Jordan has also helped me with my diet, he is always giving me advice on what I should and should not be eating. I have had a great experience with Jordan and I highly recommend him!
