- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a set price. After giving the customer a price, if I run into problems I won't go up on the price. A worker will ALWAYS run into problems. It is rare for a job to go as planned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Look at what their project looks like. What the customer is wanting to install or change. Make sure a circuit close by has enough openings to add what they want. Look at possible ways of running the wire. Last but not least talk about pricing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with very picky customers. Wanting to change things after its all said and done. But its part of the job. I've also worked with easy going customers.
