I wanted an in home physical trainer who would design a fitness plan for my needs. Carly has been ideal. She is prompt and varies the exercise routine. I feel as if I am making progress on my overall health.Jun 24, 2016Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?NO Membership Fees, Registration Fees or Long Term Contracts! Private training starting at $95 per hour for once a week; $93/hr for twice a week and $90/hr for 3 or more times a week. Bring a friend and save! Semi-private training is only $60/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We are all about making sure that you have the right trainer to help you achieve your personal goals. In order to insure that we start with a free in home consultation where we discuss how we work with clients, what you want to achieve, what training methods you like, have worked in the past or what type of trainer you would like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I trained as a medical doctor and therefore am capable of fielding questions that my clients may have about training. I also was a D1 varsity athlete (Men's Gymnastics) and understand what it takes to achieve and maintain a healthy/fit body. In addition, over the years I gained quite a bit of weight which I dropped by employing a personal trainer myself over the past several years....so I understand the challenges involved in weight loss and getting back into shape!
