Randy was absolutely wonderful in helping me sell my parents' house. Randy actually stuck with me through years of uncertainty as to whether or not I was going to rent out the house due to my parents aging and decline of health. When they both passed away within 8 days of each other just before Christmas of 2017, Randy assisted me with a number of issues regarding the house. In the summer of 2018, the house sold immediately upon listing and we closed on it approximately 3 weeks later. I would definitely recommend Randy ! ! !

I knew NOTHING about needing to sell a house. My situation was very delicate since the house belonged to an ill relative for whom I am guardian. Randy in a sense came to my rescue, explained the whole process, handled it through until the sale was complete. All along he kept me well informed, and calm until closure.
