What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are some management fees that are base prices, but really every job should always be customized to the needs of the client. This is your business, not a fast food menu. I want to know just as much about your $500 job as I want to know about someone's $5,000 job! The future relationship of any project is the most important thing!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No matter what the need, I always like to dive in with some questions. Just bidding on a website, or any project for that matter isn't efficient if the reasoning for the project isn't understood. That will determine the build and make sure that no matter the project, you maintain Brand integrity.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mellow Monkey Creative has over 20 combined years of experience in E-Commerce development and design. Specializing in branding and building customer interactions through clear and concise content strategy.
