- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge $350.00 for 5-7 worth of meals including soups, sides, entrees, and a dessert for up to 6 people. I am willing to work with my clients on a budget with what works best for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone conversation to find out my customers dietary needs, taste preferences, and desired menu. I then work up a menu for their review. I email a "what you will need" list for food storage and containers. We set up a time for me to come cook for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years as a professional chef. Former Chef/owner for 10+ years of a health food store and cafe specializing in vegan, raw, and gluten free cuisines.
