- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client leaves with my brochure and my set price list. i also give out an appointmemt card for the wallet and a magnet for the refrigerator. BONUS -- Referrals/Beauty bucks; refer a client and the new client receives $10.00off the client that refers a client to me gets beauty bucks- ($$$ YES THATS RIGHT $$ off their next hair service or use within 30 days) BEAUTY BUCKS AMOU T: will vary depending on what service the new client got done example is the higher the service price the higher the beauty bucks for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
consultation before any service, listen and learn the clients wants needs likes dislikes and what they do NOT WANT what so ever before any action or service is rendered.
