Your suggestions on the color advice and all the extras that got added in were also much appreciated. Your professionalism, from the written estimate right through to the finush job were always of the highest quality. I felt that you would deliver what you promised... and you did. Our first experience with MVP involved repairs to prepare our house for sale including a new roof, new front screen door, and a new spring door for our attic in the garage ceiling. It was affordable and they were fast. Since selling that house, our family has had them out to maintain our new home - we had our entire house painted, new windows for our front doors, and replaced our toilet. Again, very reasonable and their work is quality. We will have MVP out for future home projects!

1 room to lay tile in and kitchen cabinets to be painted. They did come over and send us a quote which we accepted. They gave us a date to start. Fri at 10am. We waited till after 11 and husband text. He said he was taking sinus med and would be there in few. At 12:30 with no other communication at all, I called and terminated our agreement. Very disappointing. This is 2nd time we have had issues with painters not showing up. Go with larger companies and well known names. Anything else will leave you hanging.

despite what this Sounds like the job went well there was just a simple misunderstanding this wasn't even a job that was posted on Thumbtack it was another job that I got from her.... she tried to put another review posting that the job was complete successfully Tck with letter post another review I tried to explain to them this wasn't even the job that was bid on but despite all this I got two more jobs from and she couldn't post nothing else [per thumback] still have my A+ rating on BBB

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every one has a price that they need to make to survive . I have done free work Diconted work for elderly and church groups and i have charged top pay for the jobs but yes there is a standard pricing and most contractor's stay in a certain range
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with client see what exactly their expectations are for job gathering a little bit of insight for bouth of us on the job at hand and what it's going to take and come to reasonable grounds so both can be satisfied with the project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing construction for over 19 years I have a bachelor's degree in construction management and they also have an associate's degree Drafting and Design I've done everything from ironwork to trim carpentry
