FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Service calls involve a diagnosis and quoted repairs. These repairs will not be made until the customer approves them. Free estimates involving replacement/new systems involve our technician going out to the jobsite to investigate what all needs to be done to provide you with the highest quality installation. The proposal will then be emailed/mailed to you for your approval. Upon approval the installation will be scheduled out for our next available date!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have highly-qualified, NATE-certified technicians who have decades of experience in this trade.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After the untimely deaths of Tom Hundley Sr.'s parents and grandpa Fitzgerald Tom began to work for Fitzgerald's Plumbing in Charleston, WV. He eventually ran into an opportunity to work for the Trane Company where he quickly learned valuable skills that would later become fine-tuned. After moving to Tulsa, OK with his family to attend the Rhema Bible School in Broken Arrow Tom was offered a job as Rhema's head of HVAC operations due to his experience and skill involving Trane equipment. Over the years he performed "side jobs" as favors and the Hundleys came to face that they had the ability to open their own business. Since 1981 Tom Hundley Sr. has been applying his knowledge and skills to provide clients with comfort in their homes and businesses throughout the Tulsa metro area.
