- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is $60. This includes telephone and email consultation...in whichever form you prefer. I also want to emphasize, I offer a 100% money-back guarantee for services if you are not satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a telephone consultation to discuss your goals and ideas for your resume, from there we will communicate via email to get the details right, after which I will submit your resume to you for review. After reviewing your new resume, if there is any aspect you would like revised, I have included a free revision to ensure your absolute satisfaction!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate degree in Publishing and Web Design, a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management/Advertising Design, and I am currently pursuing the path to a graduate medical degree.
