- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is completely customized. If clients have questions on pricing or how adjusting items such as the length of time needed for a wedding, location of a portrait session, or delivery method of images may affect pricing don't hesitate to ask! I'm here to work with you to create exactly what you're looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is always to speak with them. I prefer to meet in person and build that relationship, but if the need arises I will do a consultation over the phone. Once a client and I have agreed we are a great match we will move forward with a contract and model release. Then we will keep in touch until the day of the session or event. Depending on the type of session/event I will have advised the client of a timeframe in which they can expect to view their images. We will set a viewing appointment to help choose prints and portraits for albums. Since each session is different this can present in many ways, but is communicated throughout the process. Lastly the client will be delivered their portraits. My goal is to hand deliver but again due to circumstances this can be arranged through other ways. After a session is complete I strive to stay in contact with my clients. I love to see how their lives changes and am always ready to help them create new photographic memories.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began taking photography courses in high school, with film cameras. I have never stopped learning or growing. I am currently working towards a certification program locally as well as a program through Professional Photographer's of America.
