- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour normally. We have upfront pricing. The great news is we only have a 1 hour minimum. Unheard of in the moving world. We only charge for the time you use. We can also come out and give you a fixed price estimate in some circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally assess the type of move or pack job over the phone. At that time we determine if the customer needs an onsite estimate. We are happy to do onsite estimates for anyone who wants one!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have completed over 10,000 moves over the last 5 years! We have attended many different training courses and national seminars on how to be great movers. But at the end of the day we have learned from doing thousands of successful moves for awesome customers.
