- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We will never be the cheapest on anything; our pricing is middle of the road, to upper middle; as our impeccably high standards are costly to maintain. We offer an industry leading 3 year warranty!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Meet and greet, find out what the customer wants/needs, and their budget range to work within. 2) Within ten (10) working days, we develop a fully detailed price quote with scope of work, and a legally binding Agreement. 3) After hiring, we schedule the date to begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a CPB for the state of Oklahoma (Certified Professional Builder), and am also Certified CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) by the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders). And, I am an NAHB approved instructor for CAPS trainees.
