- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to Culinary Institute of America from 1991 to 1993, and have actually worked in this industry for over 35 years. I decided after being married into this profession, I would pursue it as a lifelong career! We owned 2 restaurants, in which were very successful, for my husband was an amazing Chef, and I learned a lot from him before going to school!
