- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is listed on our website! We also have products and offerings that are so new that Thumbtack doesn't even have a category for us to choose from.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to hear from our customer about their event and get a feel for the environment that they want to have. We then provide a quote and a contract to reserve a booth. After being contracted we provide design proofs to our clients to approve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is key in this industry. We have performed over 850 events and have only become better the more events we perform. We constantly maintain our benchmark as one of the best by continuing to learn about new products and software and learn from others through networking and forums specific to the Photo Booth industry.
