John is a coach, educator, and confidant. He's design an exercise program that matches my fitness level. He helps me carry out my plan safely and consistently while walking me through different exercises, making sure I use proper form. He has also showed me how to lift weights safely, as well as how to use cardio equipment properly. The best part about working with John is that he keeps me focused and on track.
