The Bronx Jazz Society I founded in 2012 offers weekly seminars / jam sessions for those wishing to hone their improvisational technique and understanding of harmony
I enjoy sharing my love of music with my students. I also learn from them and together with each and every student. There is no greater joy than to watch my students realize their potential and learn to express themselves through their art.
As a concert musician / entertainer I work with a large pool of musicians ranging from jazz to R&B to classical to folk and world music. We can custom tailor our programming to fit the occasion, your preferences and your budget.

Ron played at our wedding. He is a wonderful Jazz musician and everybody loved him. Ron's mastery of guitar is superb. He was improvising weaving it all together into a unique tapestry made in the moment and for the moment. As he was playing we had a sense of something unique and wonderful being created just for us on stage.

Ron Petrides is a jazz musician of a highest caliber. He played at our wedding (and his wife, Liya Petrides was singing). It was an amazing performance: light jazz style, great ensemble, and sophisticated taste. Everybody enjoyed it!
