- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is a sliding scale within the range of $60 - $95 per hour dependent upon the location, duration & amount of sessions. Discounts per training session are included in package deals of 10 or more sessions. Pay as you go/per training session are a flat rate (no discounts). Travel time/location of session affects the rate considering commute & overhead fees in certain gyms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When taking on a new client, I always start with a fitness assessment which includes: BMI testing Body Fat Analysis Body Measurements Movement Assessment Overall health evaluation This step in the process is essential for laying the foundation for the workouts to be designed to achieve the client's fitness goals.
